Fires

Got hammered yesterday morning early with a sneaky little system.
Came across the southern end of the district. Must have been some moisture that laid the fires down until they dried out then all holy heck busted loose by the afternoon. I lost count and what direction was what. Know of 6 different fires along the same line of the storms travel.

Then late last night had another system come in from the west in the center part of the district. Only picked up one fire out of that one off to my NW.
So now it's try and look through the haze/smoke this morning.

Temps holding in the upper 90's (polite way of saying 100's) just clear hot and ugly days ahead.

Glad they were able to get the fires out. Looks like the left coast is up in flames again.
100's are no fun. We've been lucky this week with temps in the 80's all week, of course they are climbing higher each day. We got about 3/4" of rain Monday and they are calling for storms tonight. No fires here, knock on wood.

I can somewhat deal with fires. But have no clue how to hog tie a tornado.
So each area has it's nightmares I guess. We all deal with it in one way or another.
Would like to see a week of rain. LOL rofl
